Omaha Building Solutions is an owner operated residential building company based in Selwyn, Canterbury offering a South Island wide service. Specialising in new homes and renovations.

Owner and Director Matt Fechney, began his building career in 2000 in Christchurch with a very well known building company, specialising in high end residential homes. Matt is very fortunate to have trained as an apprentice builder working on very detailed and complex homes and he has gained a wealth of knowledge and experience.

We are a close-knit five person team, with two qualified builders, a second and a third year apprentice and a qualified architectural designer with 6 years’ experience in residential project management with a leading group home builder. All wanting to contribute to the company’s success and above all else, top quality work.
